Your Role and Responsbilities:

• Follows established procedures when interacting with customers, providing prompt response to their request.
• Knowledgaeable on typical topics questions inlcuding order status, product information, account status, and product and service pricing.
• Understands customer requestes and translates that information clearly and concisely.
• Develop a strong work  relationship with customers and co-workers that will benefit all stakeholders.
• Prepare quotes, margin reviews, forecast, invoices and RMA's.
• Provides and document customers feedback to the organization.
• Owns accountability for customer experience and internal goals.
• May participate in ocassions in customer meetings.
