Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA to provide home health care to our clients in the Westmoreland and Fayette County area. 🩺 What You'll Do:

• Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
• Assist with medication reminders
• Document visits and patient progress accurately and timely

✅ What You'll Need:

• Current CNA Certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of aide experience (Home Health experience preferred)
• CPR certification (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
