In Home Sales Representative

The Exterior Company, one of INC 5000’s fastest-growing home exterior services companies, is expanding our in-home sales team in Connecticut! We are seeking motivated, high-energy sales representatives to connect homeowners with TEC's premium exterior services, with a focus on residential roofing.

What You Can Expect:

• Paid Training Program: Get equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.
• No Cold Calling: Work exclusively with pre-set, pre-qualified leads.
• In-Home Consultation: Conduct on-site inspections and solution-based product presentations tailored to homeowners.
• Tech-Enabled Selling: Present customized package and pricing options, including financing solutions.
• Closing Sales: Leverage negotiation skills to seal the deal and earn top-tier commissions.
• Unlimited Earning Potential: Performance-based pay, earning $100k - $150k+ per year.

Expect a full-time schedule of 5 days a week, including some weekends. Afternoon and early evening shifts are the best time to make a sale with a customer.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including ladder climbing and small-space entry.
• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required.
