Compliance Analyst - Junior

The Compliance Analyst, Junior position supports the Client Compliance group and assists in the adherence of client contractual and legal requirements, as well regulatory compliance as required by applicable law(s). The role ensures that all mandated reports are completed and filed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains privacy and compliance programs by resolving and/or responding to consumer questions, complaints, and 3rd party requests for information (RFI)
• Gathers information for RFI’s, working with IT personnel
• Generates monthly and quarterly reports as directed by CISO
• Compiles business requirements for the enhancement of any existing processes

• Works with the IT group to ensure timely updates on IT work requests submitted by RISK.
• Works with Legal, as needed, to provide proper language and documentation to satisfy requirements
• Oversees and is responsible for the organization and security of all papers and documents entrusted to their care
• Maintains up to date archive of questionnaire and evidence provided 
• Assists internal and external audit(s) in conducting and documenting audits

 Salary range: $46,867  - $69,432

This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, with a detailed oriented focus
• Minimum 1 (one) year of work experience in a Compliance related role

Preferred Education and Experience

• Previous financial, mortgage, or banking compliance experience
• Previous audit experience
• Project management experience
