This role requires at least 3 years of experience in construction, skilled trades, or industrial recruiting, with staffing experience preferred and Spanish and English fluency.</p> <p>The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for craft and construction professionals, qualify candidates, attending industry and boots on the ground events, support onboarding, and serve as a key liaison between field operations and HR.</p> <p>This position is a part of a high-performing, established recruiting team with strong systems, resources, and leadership support.
