Partner Account Manager / Sales Lead (APAC)

The role

It streamlines the approval process for decision makers by replacing paper and email approvals with automated workflows. ApprovalMax integrates with platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks Online and Oracle NetSuite to unlock powerful efficiencies for approvers and finance teams. The company is globally recognised and has won’ Xero App Partner of the Year’ four times since 2020 in different countries.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and results-driven Partner Account Manager / Sales Lead (APAC) to join our growing sales team.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• Manage, develop and train the APAC Sales team

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns that generate interest and demand for our product

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-up on all inquiries

• Hold a personal quota, leading by example and growing our APAC market

• Study industry trends / current opportunities for business expansion

• Research markets and competitors

• Engage in planning and preparing reports for management.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of successful sales experience in SaaS software

• 2+ years of sales management experience preferred

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability

• Fluent English.
