As a Lead Director on the M&A Integration team, you will lead post close implementation of acquisitions and divestitures. Participate in diligence to draw out operational issues, plan mitigations, and work with the business team to execute. Execute on all post close activities to meet contract obligations and ensure all operational needs are met. Oversee and manage the transition services agreement, migration of services, billing, and operational changes. Ensure that all obligations associated with the transaction are executed as intended. Ensure that CVS Health data, processes, tools, and people are protected in accordance with the transaction obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in Hartford, CT office
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated skill at managing up to 10 direct reports and variable indirect resources
- Ability to prioritize risks and issues and action in priority order
- Ability to work with ELT, be articulate, and deliver what is needed for decision making
- Experience with implementation of acquisitions
- Experience with full integration of an acquired asset
- Experience with preparing for sale of a business
- Experience with the execution of divestiture and proper disposition of all retained assets
- Demonstrated understanding of a transition services agreement, including an understanding of risks and issues associated
- Ability to convey the story in a way that leadership can digest and make final decisions on
- Ability to engage large cross-functional teams and drive them to a common goal
- Skilled at reading contract language what is there and what is not
- Adept at responding to and adjusting to a very volatile change environment
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in operations of large health organization
Understanding of operations in a distributed cross functional environment
Education
Bachelor's degree
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
