Senior Sales-Revenue Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid in New York City (3 day in-office requirement)

Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles within a PLG based company.
  • Working knowledge of Sales tech stacks including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, Apollo, etc
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience with Lead/Account scoring, prioritization, and routing
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of SQL
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact: 

  • Process Optimization
    • Develop key processes across the Melio Customer Lifecycle, such as account handoff and cross-functional coordination, to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to drive strategy and solutions needed to accelerate growth.
  • Strategic Program Development / Project Management
    • Consult with GTM leadership to develop and optimize strategic operational processes for maximum productivity and capacity.
    • Partner with leadership to set goals, targets, and customize team reports and dashboards for performance monitoring.
    • Own and drive program management for internal projects, including software implementation and upgrades.
    • Plan and coordinate aspects of projects from initiation to delivery, managing resources, progress tracking, and documentation.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting
    • Ensure data quality between data warehouse and GTM tooling, troubleshoot data issues, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
    • Analyze large datasets to gather insights for key business decisions and develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs
    • Own the end-to-end revenue operations process, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
  • Technology Optimization and Implementation
    • Manage scoping, implementation, and optimization of sales technology solutions, including CRM systems, sales automation and enablement platforms.

The Sales-Operations team thrives on tackling complex challenges fast-paced and collaboratively. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse operational projects and collaborate with a talented team of Operations colleagues and other partners across various departments, including Salesforce, Enablement, and Sales/Customer Success. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our revenue operations processes as the Sales-Revenue Operations Manager, with a focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations, with expertise in PLG strategies and a passion for driving business growth through operational excellence. They will also have a deep understanding of sales processes, data analytics, and technology management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
