Solar Installation Laborer - Nationwide Travel Required

Join a fast-growing team building the future of clean energy. As a Solar Install Laborer, you’ll support the installation of solar panels and related infrastructure on a utility-scale site. This hands-on role involves working outdoors, handling materials, operating tools, and assisting with layout, racking, and panel placement. 

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION 

• Carrying, handling, assembling, and installing materials  

• Operate general carpentry and hand tools (i.e. drills, tape measure, power saws, etc.) 

• Keeping a safe and clean work environment 

• Other labor-related responsibilities 

• Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions 

TOOLS FOR THE JOB 

• The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos 

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background, drug, and alcohol screening 

• Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds 

• Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel) 

• Composite or steel toe work boots 

WHAT MAKES YOU STANDOUT 

• Construction experience  

• Prior solar experience  

• Light equipment experience like forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, and loaders

Pay Range: $17.00- $23.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility 

Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
