About the Role

The Health Client Analyst on the H&W team collaborates with internal client teams, client & health plans. Capture and update benefits reporting requirements based on predefined best practices. Develop data-driven solutions and oversee deliverables ensuring the outcome aligns with client and carrier expectations to enhances the customer experience. Fostering meaningful relationships with client teams and health plan contacts is a crucial aspect of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with client manager I and II to learn the service specific delivery. The goal is to become proficient in 18-24 months.
  • Managing and providing subject matter expertise to clients. Work with Small to medium size clients for their end-to-end change order and annual enrollment process
  • Managing change order and annual enrollment reporting process to produce carrier facing requirements document, files, and reports.
  • Developing a trusted relationship with our client team, client, and health plans.
  • Utilizing companies' suite of tools to manage deliverables, requirements storage and handoff.
  • Leading and participating in internal and external meetings.
  • Communicating and maintaining project milestones and tasks developed based on deliverables. Identifies and communicates internal and external deliverable risks.
  • Tracking and resolving open items timely and manages client deliverables.
  • Participating effectively in client status meetings and client team and health plan meetings.
  • Providing support for training and may assist with facilitating the training once proficient in certain area.

Requirements

  • Possess Undergraduate or equivalent work experience required.
  • Possess TBA and health plan provision knowledge.
  • Maintain analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, clients, and deliverables with varying milestones, timeline, and deadline.
  • Show Curiosity along with an ability to learn quickly and apply feedback.
  • Possess verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities & be effective in a fast-working environment.
  • Need previous experience caring for customers and working in a cross-functional, global team is ideal.
