Sr. Manager, Project Management

We are excited to announce an opening for a talented Senior Manager, Project Management to drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the Compensation Delivery team. We are looking for proven leadership candidates who are detailed, results-oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 

Our team is responsible for designing, testing, and executing the Mid-year and Year-end focal cycles, Line of Business (LOB) incentives and ensuring there is adequate governance and controls through appropriate risk management all while supporting our business partners and associates with their compensation related requests and inquiries. We are looking for a candidate who can help us deliver timely results, improve existing processes, and provide superb stakeholder experience while ensuring that we are operationally efficient and meeting the needs of our customers.

In this role you will:

  • Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to peers, partners and stakeholders

  • Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

  • Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time

  • Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent

  • Partnering cross-functionally with intent owners to prioritize initiatives and provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

  • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders such as HR Product and Tech to ensure delivery of commitments

  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.

  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across HR to manage, inform and influence outcomes

  • In partnership with peers and their teams, understand current processes, identify opportunities of continuous improvement of processes and procedures to drive efficiencies, optimize and reduce manual processes all while improving the associate experience

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • At least 5 years of Process, Project or Program Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters in Business Administration

  • 8+ years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience

  • Strong Excel, JIRA and Confluence skills

  • 3+ years of Operations experience

  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

  • Process Engineering experience especially with continuous improvement, automation, and optimiza
