We are seeking an experienced Data Coordinator to play a critical role in managing and integrating diverse data sources within our product development area. This position supports and enhances the data management processes that drive our RF communication system development, including managing data related to configuration, order processes, and engineering document releases. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the engineering process, the ability to work with a cross-disciplinary team, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to coordinate information across many related areas.
This position is located onsite in Fort Wayne, IN.
What You Will Do:
Consolidate and manage data streams from various systems and departments (e.g., configuration management, order processing, drawing release systems).
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across platforms.
Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Maintain thorough documentation of data processes, standards, and modifications for audit and training purposes.
Work closely with product development teams, including the RF product owner, to ensure data alignment with technical and business objectives.
Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and best practices.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Demonstrated expertise in handling multiple data sources and integrating complex data sets.
Familiarity with configuration management, ordering, and document control systems.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience working within an RF communications or equivalent high-tech product development sector.
Experience in an electrical hardware design group
Knowledge of product lifestyle management system.
Active/Current security clearance
