Sr. Manager Reimbursement

We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Senior Manager, Reimbursement supporting Life Sciences, you will be trusted to work on Product Reimbursement Strategies. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Strong Reimbursement knowledge
• Developing and implementing reimbursement strategies and programs to obtain coverage, coding and payment from payer/providers
• Providing reimbursement-related advice to product development teams, marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, and business leaders
• Identifying payer opportunities and issues and implements programs to resolve/decrease barriers to entry for the company's products or therapies
• Working closely with Health Economics staff to evaluate the economic impact of the use of therapies/products on payers, including the government. May create training and deliver education programs to sales force, physicians, home care agencies, case managers, hospital CFO's medical directors, billing personnel, and pharmacists in clinics and hospitals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
