As part of the dynamic Corporate Financial Planning, Analysis, and Insights team, you will have the opportunity to influence senior leaders while contributing to the implementation of strategic initiatives. This role requires seamless collaboration with networked teams across Operating Units, Global Categories, Center, and Global functions.

The primary focus of this role is to offer strong leadership in strategic finance and long-term growth modelling, with the aim of accomplishing top quartile growth for The Coca-Cola Company. Success in this position depends upon the efficient synthesis of data and insights to effectively communicate and support:

  • Development and execution of long-term financial growth models
  • Regular assessment through planning and performance management routines
  • Advancement of strategic projects and addressing key business questions

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Lead analyses that support strategic finance decision making (capital allocation)
  • Long-term financial modeling (LTGM) and insights
  • Long-term enterprise-wide scenario analyses (3-statements model & value creation/DCF)
  • Treasury & Corporate Development enterprise-wide partnership for input into long term financial models
  • Work closely with the global planning sr. director to provide Red Book support and long term strategic financial analysis.
  • Support evolution of System / Bottler Financials (analysis & insights) & value creation
  • Lead financial performance Benchmarking across both KO & System
  • Opex analyses and corporate functions finance support
  • Perform other ad hoc analyses requiring a long-term, enterprise-wide, and/or highly detailed financial modeling.
  • Support the future of finance agenda.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Strategic Finance - Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Commercial roles; a background in the CPG industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics and storytelling with data.
