Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Operations (VPO), the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for training, guiding and supporting all aspects of the sales and marketing initiatives and activities for a regional team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining hospital and physician relationships.
• Working in sales and marketing in long-term health care.
• Managing sales and marketing activities for multi facilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Must have proven skills in working independently; self-motivated, self-directed, goal-directed, and goal oriented.
• Regional capacity experience preferred.
• Must relate professionally to other employees at all levels of Senior Living Properties
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written format
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with multiple and various people and organizations externally
