About the Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive you will be a trusted partner to our largest, most strategic customers by consulting on the most effective ways to embed, deploy, and scale Turing’s Training services. You will drive strategic deals with mission-critical enterprises, enabling them to unlock new value from advanced large language model services and data. Successful candidates must have robust experience interfacing with complex, fast-paced enterprises and stakeholder networks in addition to a track record of successfully selling training data or similarly complex services into large enterprise companies (e.g. FAANG) or analogous organizations. Because you will frequently interact with research teams and navigate evolving trends in the AI industry, a highly technical background and familiarity with the complexities of advanced model development are essential.
Responsibilities
- Own and Expand a Key Strategic Account: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for one of our largest and most important strategic accounts. Develop and maintain executive-level relationships, drive adoption of Turing’s AI training data services across multiple teams, and identify opportunities for long-term partnership growth.
- Guide the Full Sales Cycle: From initial outreach through contract negotiations and deployment, manage the complex, end-to-end sales process. Secure strategic deals by translating technical requirements into impactful training data solutions while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, and GTM teams to align Turing’s offerings with the evolving priorities, needs, and roadmaps of the customer. Communicate critical feedback from the customer's research and product stakeholders to inform ongoing product development.
- Shape and Refine Account Strategy: Continually assess the customer's organizational dynamics and AI initiatives to uncover new use cases for LLM evaluation, training, multimodality, and alignment & safety. Craft tailored strategies that expand Turing’s value proposition within the customer's various business units.
- Optimize Sales Methodologies: Document key learnings, stakeholder insights, and best practices to refine Turing’s approach to large-account management. Develop and leverage account playbooks to ensure consistent, repeatable success at scale.
- Drive Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging LLM technologies, and alignment & safety concerns. Provide the customer's teams with strategic counsel on how to best implement advanced AI capabilities responsibly and effectively.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling emerging technologies or data solutions with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
- A track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing strategic deals by translating multifaceted technical requirements into tailored AI/LLM solutions.
- Extensive experience selling into large enterprises developing foundational LLMs, making you adept at handling complex account structures, processes, and expectations.
