Team Overview:
The Fabrication & Assembly department is responsible for the off-site manufacturing of bespoke mechanical and electrical systems, including prefabricated plant rooms, skids, and modular assemblies. Operating from our dedicated assembly facility, the team ensures high-quality workmanship, precision, and compliance with project specifications. By delivering preassembled solutions, the department helps reduce installation time, improve safety on-site, and maintain consistent quality — all while supporting efficient project delivery and innovation in modular construction.

Role Overview:
Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a General Operative to support our growing teams.

Hours | Monday to Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 7am-4pm
Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience
Responsible to | Site Supervisor(s)

What You'll be Doing

 Responsible for completing operational tasks in line with production schedules, including de-snagging quality defects and carrying out paint touch-ups where required. Provides support to mechanical fitters and team leads, assists with material coordination and preparation, and undertakes general shopfloor support activities as needed to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
