FIELD SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE II

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in well stimulation operations.
• Minimum of one year of Safety experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Observes all tasks being performed on location to ensure HSE policies and practices are adhered to, and all work is performed in the safest possible manner.
• Ensures all personnel on location are properly utilizing all PPE.
• Assists in completion of JSA’s and participates in safety meetings.
• Acts as a mentor for new hires.
• Completes location audits as directed.
• Ensures that BBS Cards are completed and recorded.
• Participates in hazard ID program.
• Ensures that incident reporting is accurate and complete.
• Assists District HSE Manager in the investigation of all incidents, including releases and near misses.
• Initiates general location safety checks, including DOT item checks, iron certification check, driver certs and endorsements, etc.
• Assists in road testing of new hires.
• Assures journey management policies are adhered to.
• Ensures Denso Logs are properly completed and maintained.
• Ensures all equipment paperwork and permits are in order.
• Assists District HSE Manager as directed in training functions.
• Ensures that emergency shower is maintained and all first aid equipment and supplies are updated.
• Performs other duties and accepts additional responsibilities as directed by District HSE Manager and HSE Director.

Salary:
$24-34/hr
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
