Status: Full-Time permanent position
Standard working hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST, M-F; Four 10-hour shifts are also acceptable
Location: Remote but the employee must live in SW Virginia, NE Tennessee, or NW North Carolina
Job responsibilities:
Provide personalized coaching to members on nicotine cessation, weight management, and nutrition through phone consultations.
Participate in and represent the organization at community events aimed at promoting health and wellness among members.
Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations to enhance support and resources available to members.
Work closely with internal teams to receive and process member referral for coaching.
Collaborate with colleges on various projects aimed at improving member health outcomes and program effectiveness.
Share insights and feedback with internal teams to enhanced service delivery and member engagement strategies.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of member interactions and progress, to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Required qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in education
Tobacco Treatment Specialist Certification is required. 90-day grace period to get if the candidate is not holding at time of hire
