Today we develop, construct and operate wind farms across Europe.</p><p>We are now looking for a Head of Commercial &amp; Asset Management within Generation in Offshore Wind. This is a newly established position and will report directly to the Head of Generation.</p><p>Generation is the organization that is accountable for the asset performance of Vattenfall’s offshore wind farms. This includes operating the wind farms through optimization of revenues in relation to the power market and maintaining the wind farms in a healthy, safe, sustainable and cost-efficient way to ensure best availability and full compliance with requirements.</p><p>The clear vision is to be generating offshore wind electricity at market-leading performance levels, creating value for Vattenfall and its partners. Generation will make this happen through strong collaboration with key stakeholders, such as Project Delivery &amp; Engineering.</p><p> </p><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As the Head of Commercial &amp; Asset Management, you will be responsible for the commercial steering of Offshore Generation. The purpose is to optimize mid and long term value of the Offshore Wind Assets in the Vattenfall portfolio, to deliver on targeted EBITDA, and to develop O&amp;M products, which enables winning new bid auctions for more capacity.</p><p>You will lead a team of line managers for  Commercial Management, Performance Analysis and Improvements, Asset Management and O&amp;M Product Line.</p><p>You are continuously securing synergised and bundled procurement approach organised in categories, yielding highest value for all procurement scopes in Generation as well as Generation related scopes like: WTG SWA, HV SA, O&amp;M Harbour, Helicopter, CTVs, SOVs, etc.</p><p>As part of the management team of Generation, you will be working with your colleagues in BU Offshore Wind to secure alignment across departments and to deliver our strategy.</p><p>Furthermore, you will be:</p><ul><li>Responsible owner of Strategic Asset Management Plans and portfolio of individual asset management plans for specific assets</li><li>Sole owner of procurement interface from Generation</li><li>Responsible for developing O&amp;M product portfolio and site configurations through all life-cycles</li><li>The person with full prioritisation mandate within Business Plan, and mandate to sign-off OPEX business cases on behalf of Head of Generation</li><li>Responsible for managing all Warranty and Claims portfolio on post TG5 offshore wind assets, sign-off rights within financial mandate</li><li>Drive Improvement Portfolio within Generation</li><li>Leading and developing the department, (people &amp; knowledge management)</li><li>Responsible for Generation product prioritisation</li><li>Proactively contributing to cross-functional improvement projects and in general driving collaboration in the department and with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Securing (financial) performance of the department.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Your background</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>University degree (or equal) with a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience on Director level, preferably including 5-10 years of experience in an offshore wind environment. </li><li>Driven negotiator with proven track record in leading portfolio of major contract deals</li><li>A highly motivated and communicative leader, who is able to focus on both people and business</li><li>Proven skills in dealing with strategic highly complex issues, problems and challenges</li><li>Strong communication skills, comfortable at presenting, building relationships and influencing others, while working effectively across different cultures and geographical locations</li><li>High degree of self-motivation with a flexible approach to work.</li><li>Fluency in English is required, Danish/German language skills an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Our offer</strong></p><p>We can offer you the opportunity to make a real difference in the world whilst shaping your own working environment and career.  We provide a competitive salary and benefits package, a progressive, inclusive culture, and the chance to work with some of the best
