Fleet Coordinator-Sr. Level

TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking Fleet Coordinators who will be responsible for the lifecycle of vehicles, to include receiving, outfitting, issuing, maintaining, repairing, disposing, and all other relevant duties which may be associated. Will also support events and reservations by staging vehicles at hotels, airports, and other various locations. Responsibilities include, with close supervision, but not limited to:
• Receive daily reservations and maintenance schedules
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles
• Refuel vehicles as needed
• Perform non-critical maintenance to include, but not limited to battery change, wiper blades
• install, license plate install, jumpstart dead batteries, air tires, flat tire spare replacement, vehicle lockout, lightbulb replacement, key fob battery replacement, and minor interior trim replacement
• Monthly vehicle mileage input into government database
• Bi-Monthly tracking of manufacturer recalls
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs IAW FBI guidelines and manufacturer recommended schedules
• Input maintenance into government database
• Update spreadsheets
• Liaison with repair facilities
• Input maintenance quotes into government system for payment
• Maintain accurate and complete records, files
• Run reports (milage, expiring tags, disposal)
• Preforms other related duties as assigned
• Answer customer and client inquiries
• Perform additional tasks as required by superiors
Qualifications
• 5+ years prior experience working in related field.
• Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Reliable and diligent worker
