Our mission is to deliver the best application aware backups, helping customers to secure their data, while ensuring that we do not compromise on the end to end user experience we offer.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Rubrik is looking for a Senior/Principal Product Manager to take ownership and lead a number of critical projects related to our ongoing work in public and hybrid cloud disaster recovery (CloudOn). This is a highly strategic and visible product leadership role to deliver hybrid cloud products and services across our core data platform and our SaaS management plane. 

Where you can make an impact:

• Set clear vision & strategy for our Disaster Recovery product line
• Identify the most critical cloud environments and services (Azure, AWS, GCP) for expansion of our DR product line
• Target workloads and cloud environments based on customer and market analysis. 
• Drive internal investment decisions and deliver on product roadmap.
• Define success and KPIs – near-term, medium-term -- targeting clear use cases and themes which are core to delighting our customers

ABOUT YOU

• You have at least 8-10 years of product management experience with 12+ years of overall work experience
• You have expertise working on an enterprise storage, data management/ protection, Backup/DR products; complex deployment scenarios at scale and in an XaaS model
• Bonus points if you have direct experience with an orchestrated DR product in some capacity and / or you have experience with workload migration and conversion
• Deep technical understanding and prioritization of technical care abouts and operational care abouts gained through Architect / Sales Engineering experience in lieu of Product management background
• You have a Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering. MBA is highly preferred, but not required.
• Must have business acumen and ability to build business cases, communicate effectively with professionally done presentations and write-ups, influence others, and measure success

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US Pay Range$168,000—$252,000 USD
