Senior L&OD Systems Administrator

Within our Corporate Learning and Organizational Development team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking a Senior L&OD Systems Administrator to move our organization to an even larger level of dairy ingredient and nutrition growth! At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $84,800 and $101,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.

 

• Manage module configurations and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and internal teams to configure modules, resolve issues, and enhance the adoption and integration of L&OD Systems modules.
• Regularly review, test, and validate SF modules during quarterly releases.
• Design, validate, and implement reports to support L&OD processes.
• Develop and deliver training on system functionality to Leprino employees.
• Provide top-notch service to customers, addressing SF-related issues, enhancements, and requests.
• Work collaboratively with all levels of the organization to educate, influence, and execute new L&OD Systems initiatives.
• Oversee configuration and daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Assign, review, test, and troubleshoot Learning Modules regularly.
• Collaborate and consult with business partners to configure learning curricula and programs to meet learning requirements.
• Partner with HRIS and Business Intelligence to design and deliver robust reporting.
• Continuously improve the effectiveness of LMS architecture across the organization.

 

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Human Resources, Business or a relevant degree.
• Five (5) years of HR system project or program management experience including configuring and maintaining Learning and Talent Management modules including succession and/or performance through multiple business cycles.
• The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.
