Strategic Business Intelligence Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Strategy and Innovation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in transforming healthcare data into actionable insights to support key strategic decisions within our organization. This individual will leverage data analytics, visualization tools, and advanced methodologies to provide insights that improve operational performance, patient outcomes, and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or healthcare analytics, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (EPIC) and other healthcare data sources.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and key metrics such as HCAHPS, ICD-10, and value-based care initiatives.
