Job Overview:
Reporting to the Chief of Staff (I&O), the AVP, Business Management will be a key contributor to the operations team through providing business support responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with team to build out PPT decks for Board of Directors, Management Committee and Senior management 1:1 materials.
Research the analytics to develop insights around business and operational performance and work to optimize.
Track progress of key strategic and operational drivers and optimize management’s data reporting abilities
Assist with cross-functional projects including measuring progress and driving successful business outcomes
Own upcoming key meetings and prep
Own 1:1 materials with Leadership Team
Assist with context creation and agendas for key internal and external discussions (Chief Technology and Information Officer's Leadership Team Meetings and Offsite Sessions, Management Committee meetings, and Board presentations, etc.)
Assist with collaborating with Chiefs of Staff
Assist with maintenance of repository of Top 10 Priorities/Wins

Requirements:
A minimum 5 years of Business Operations Support including working to build out strategic PowerPoint decks and running reports in Excel
2 + year of technology or financial services experience
Project and/or change management experience
Core Competencies:
Comfort level with presenting materials to direct manager up through the Executive level. May need to serve as one of the recognized subject matter experts on the team
Advanced communication both written and oral and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to interact with senior leaders, including developing, presenting, and gaining approval on any business cases and funding requests
Adaptability to manage multiple shifting priorities with tight timelines when there is ambiguity but still drive toward outcomes and course correct when needed
Preferences:
Experience with MS Office Suite
Strong metric and analytics background
High emotional intelligence and business partnership skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Self-motivated learner and intellectually curious; ask questions and respectfully challenge status quo in pursuit of process improvement
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, or working in a similar capacity
Pay Range:
