As a DHF (Design History File) Technical Project Coordinator IV, you will develop life-saving medical device products for spine surgery in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include providing project support to Research & Development Engineers in the completion of Design History Files, monitoring program/project status, budgets and timetables, gathering and compiling information for reports, and providing technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, and tracking. 

Day in the life: 

  • Oversee progress and timelines for multiple Design History Files (DHFs)

  • Assist in compiling engineering rationales and drafting DHF documentation

  • Attend core team and project meetings to stay informed on project updates and changes

  • Support documentation activities throughout the full product development lifecycle

  • Ensure personal compliance with all quality policies, procedures, and training requirements

  • Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work aligned with quality system standards

  • Extract, review, and compile technical data for reporting and decision-making

  • Contribute to system/process training, documentation, and improvement efforts 

 

Must Have: Minimum Qualifications 

  • 6+ years of Technical or relevant experience 

Nice to Have: 

  • Associate’s degree or higher

  • Familiarity with the medical device industry and Design Control processes

  • Broad understanding of operational systems and quality practices

  • Experience supporting special projects and cross-functional initiatives

  • Comfort working with both internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple simultaneous projects

  • Ability to gather, explain, and interpret data with minimal supervision

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$62,000 - $93,000
