In this role, you will be part of a world-class sustainability team where you can put your global health knowledge and transformational business skills to use. The Global Sustainability team for Philips consists of 30 professionals located in the Netherlands, China, and United States.
You will be pivotal in improving Philips’ access to care performance by driving the Philips Access to Care Program with our priority businesses, markets and functions globally. You will serve as an Access to Care team member on key initiatives. The Access to Care Program aims to improve the lives of 400 million people in underserved healthcare communities by 2030.
Your role:
You will be a subject matter expert on the topic of Health equity and Access to care: the impact landscape, regional and local differences, key stakeholders, key actors, and leading health tech solutions,
You will be responsible for Philips social impact metrics reporting and analysis, and aligning these with environmental impact metrics processes and toolkits in Philips,
You will work with Health -tech businesses to develop strategies for Access to care initiatives, specifically support them on the subject matter expertise, general business knowledge, market and financial modelling and going an extra mile to bridge business and impact,
You will team up with geographical regions to support them in strategic business development initiatives with customers, partners, including projects for public good,
Supporting the Access to Care ventures in their plans implementation and capture their insights and learnings for the program,
Supporting performance management of Philips delivering on the 2030 Access to Care targets,
You will be an Access to Care ambassador, sharing insights in the Access to Care community of practice, on Yammer, blogs and in conferences,
Managing internal stakeholders – assisting in presentations, workshops and meetings preparations. You will contribute to global trainings, webcasts and events.
You're the right fit if:
You have 6+ years of experience in impact work in healthcare. You are experienced in access to care business/ projects experience preferably in low- and middle-income countries,
For-profit and non-profit exposure and network is a plus,
You have an experience in business development and new business model creation,
You have a good understanding of industry trends in digital health and digital health delivery,
You have strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills,
You have excellent communication and networking skills through organizational layers, culturally sensitive. You are able to connect and manage all level, cross – team and cross-regions stakeholders,
You are a team player, goal oriented and pragmatic.
