Your day-to-day work will include:

The scheduler will support NASA under the CPSS contract.

• Provides expertise to distribute, manage, and coordinate technical schedules for large-scale and medium-scale programs, including Integrated Master Plans (IMPs) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs)
• Shall be experienced with implementing and managing integrated scheduling tools to provide expert guidance and implementation support to project control personnel in integrating schedule and resource data through resource-loaded schedules within an automated schedule management tool.
• Shall thoroughly understand EIA-748 standard Earned Value Management (EVM) principles related to schedule and technical performance measures.
• Has extensive experience implementing probabilistic schedule risk assessment and schedule health processes and techniques.
• Develop comprehensive program/project schedules using MS Project through logic development and/or evaluation of logic networks, WBS, and WBS dictionaries.
• Perform critical path and driving path analysis within Program schedules.
• Act as a mentor for junior-level schedulers on the team.
• Collaborate with various personnel across the program to garner schedule status.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Scheduler III

• Desired 10-15 years of applicable work experience
• Desired 15+ years combined work experience. Minimum of 10 years of “hands-on” CPM Scheduling experience, including schedule health analysis and risk analysis
• Desired minimum of 17 years of applicable experience. Desired 12 years of direct Aerospace or Research and Development experience.

Scheduler IV

• Desire a minimum of five (5) years prior NASA or aerospace experience.

Scheduler V

• Desired 12 years of direct Aerospace or Research and Development experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• NASA experience preferred.
• Experience using software like Acumen Fuse, Milestones Professional, Onepager Professional, and Sharepoint is highly desired.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable
• Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) a plus.
• MS Project/ Primavera

Mandatory: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
