The Senior Producer is a creative advertising practitioner with special skills executing creative content across channels specializing in 360 and Social. The Senior Producer is responsible for managing all production activities including director search, studio/supplier negotiation and bidding, pre-production preparation, shooting, recording, editing, and final shipping. Aside from producing traditional content, the producer will also be expected to lead and execute experiential and emerging technology activations, temporary and permanent installations and live events. The Senior Producer reports to the Executive Producer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years prior work experience as a producer for an ad agency is required; film experience or video production experience with branded content will be considered as additional skillsets
• Strong creative eye for producing visual assets
• Knowledge of history and trends in digital, social, art, design, and film
• Willingness to travel
• Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office, and as needed
• A great work ethic with demonstrated ability to thrive under daily deadline pressures
• Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with different workflows and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player
• A skilled, creative, confident presenter and negotiator
• Excellent technical knowledge of film/video production capabilities and processes
• Experience managing full gamut of production (live action, stills, animation, digital, etc.)

Compensation Range: $73,500.00 - $123,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
