Responsibilities
Organize and oversee sub-contractors during building projects including but not limited to, inception to completion, repair and maintenance of multiple properties. Ensure the project meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
. Must have exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects on a daily basis including oversight of contractors and their employees.. Familiarity with all building components and systems which are used in an apartment building.. High energy with the ability to get projects completed timely and correctly.. Work with an exceptional team committed to quality.
