Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing Information Technology cybersecurity operations to ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures for an organization. Examples of qualifying experience may include performing system administration of Microsoft Windows Server environments, performing system administration of Linux/Unix networked computer environments; or applying experience with VMWare or similar virtual computer technology. In addition your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
