Maintenance Specialist-Grounds Keeper

We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist – Grounds Keeper to join our team. Your role will support the facilities team in repairs and projects as needed. This role will also support the care of the grounds needed at agency sites as directed. This individual will also report directly to the Maintenance Lead at the assigned campus.  As a member of the Facilities team, you will work with other team members and report to our Maintenance Lead.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Works under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager to maintain high standards for all facilities, offices, common areas, and residential areas in accordance with the policies and procedures.
• Work to upkeep the Campus Grounds, including but not limited to the pool, landscape, building exterior, parking spaces, and playground equipment.
• Ensure all assigned facilities and equipment are in a proper state of repair, providing their full use to all staff, clients, visitors, and volunteers always.
• Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience in Maintenance and the following:

• High School Diploma
• At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
• A valid driver’s license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain DOT Certification

Starting Salary: $ 21.00 - $25.00 (Hourly)
