Customer Service Coordinator

 

As a Customer Service Coordinator at Storm Master Gutter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and helping to create a positive customer experience

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Enter call notes into the system accurately.
• Perform data entry tasks.
• Send emails, scan documents, and assist with building web portals.

 

Role Requirements: 

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

 

Hourly Rate: $16.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
