As Staff Product Designer at Eko, You Will:
- Design for healthcare enterprise SaaS users, aligning paid experiences with seamless usability.
- Lead the design process for data products across web, mobile and EMR experiences.
- Ensure the application of a novel design system aligns to design best practices for institutional customers across multiple use cases and settings of care.
- Influence and evolve design guidelines, best practices, and standards to promote a cohesive and unified brand identity.
- Mentor and guide design team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure Eko Health remains at the forefront of medical innovation.
As Staff Product Designer at Eko, You Have:
- 7-10+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user interface design and user experience design.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like ProtoPie, Principle, or similar.
- Mastery of visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Solid understanding of accessibility and usability principles, with experience designing for diverse user groups, including those with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
As a Staff Product Designer, We Would Appreciate If You Have:
- Experience in the healthcare industry or medical technology sector.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and experience working closely with engineers.
