Job Description

The global logistics planning and implementation team is responsible for logistics strategic program planning and implementation. We design logistics solutions to better connect our merchant and customer, bring in more quality selection and improve the delivery experience. 

As an intern, you will support the project management team by tasks to research the business need of one of our strategic programs—certified warehouse,  define key customers and stakeholders, work with customers and stakeholders to understand the value proposition and define the core components of the program and product, work with product team and supporting team to align on prioritization and planning.

What You'll Do

• Quickly learn past studies about this project, check and verify the learning
• Research industry-similar products, find a way to understand the product, service and customer feedback 
• Define customers and placeholders
• Define the core value proposition
• How to leverage existing features and team to build the product feature
• Align with the product team on prioritization and planning

Qualifications

To be successful you will need the following skills & experience:

• Current Student Enrolled in an Undergraduate Program or Graduate Program
• Fluency in Mandarin and English 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify, structure, and communicate information to all levels of the organization. Experience creating reports and presentations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Major in logistics, supply chain management, marketing or MBA

This role is a remote position that can be performed anywhere in the United States and Canada.

The base salary range for this position is $25-$35 per hour. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, qualifications and other business considerations.
