Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Services  - Pavilion - Temporary/Full Time - The areas highest quality nursing care providing a warm and compassionate environment - Temporary/Full time coverage for approximately 6 months 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday - December 2024- June 2025- The Physical Therapist will provide direct physical therapy services to residents and those we serve in Middlesex county with the goal of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• MS/DPT in Physical Therapy or BS with equivalent work experience.
• Valid NJ State Physical Therapy licensure
• Valid NJ Drivers License
• Minimum one (1) year + of experience; nursing care facility w/ geriatric patients required
• Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment.
• Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes.
