SALARY: $79,200 - $89,100

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage demand of inbound grain and adjuncts for US breweries based on brew plan projections and target inventory ranges

• Monitor in-transit inventory and adjust grain orders based on shipping or production volatility to adhere to inventory policies

• Partner with Brewing Process Managers and Grains Unloaders on unloading efficiency, demurrage management and short-term risk management

• Collaborate with Planning, Vertical Operations and Raw Material Procurement on optimized footprint planning, 3rd party supplier management and volume management

• Subject Matter Expert on railroad logistics; internal and external grains management applications (i.e., CTS, RTS)

• Drive LCP routines and discover improvement opportunities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management

• Data-driven with the ability to work cross functionally while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.  PowerBI, SQL a plus
