Responsibilities:
Development and execution of sales plans and sales campaigns
Generate and follow up on leads and prioritize opportunities
Deliver and co-ordinate customer presentations and demonstrations
Management and development of key relationships to generate active sponsorship or identify new initiatives
Work with legal on the execution of contracts
Internal communication, reporting and sales operations
Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates):
OSTTRA states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Knowledge and experience of capital markets – understanding of derivatives will be an advantage
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask under pressure, including accountabilities to key internal & external stakeholders
Strong organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Bilingual in English/Spanish (written and spoken)
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Finance related qualification or ability to demonstrate solid understanding of financial markets.
