Manager, Emergency Center & Infusion Center

The Emergency Center and Infusion Center Manager assumes 24-hour responsibility for the Emergency Center and outpatient Infusion Center. This individual will perform the role of nurse leader in providing safe, and quality care to all patients in the unit by assessing, planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the process of care provided. This role will supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel in the unit through effective communication, professionalism and leadership in a manner that supports the mission and vision of the organization.
Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required.
- Minimum 5 of years recent clinic experience in emergency nursing, including at least 1 year of leadership experience (i.e. management, supervisory, charge nurse, etc.)
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Current BLS certification required at time of hire/start date
Preferred qualifications:
- MSN preferred
- Outpatient infusion services experience preferred
