Set-up Operator l - Cheraw 1 - 2nd Shift

Your Key Responsibilities

Furnace Operation and Control:

• Sets up furnace to process sheet
• Operation and control of furnaces and auxiliary equipment
• Follow SOP Procedures, Process Sheets, and requirements for Proper Control of Equipment including Blueprints, Process Control Sheet, SPC rules, and Shop Order and MIPS Tally Sheets

 

Record Keeping and House Keeping:

• Keep all parts identifies properly and organized to prevent mixing
• Keep furnace area neat and clean in accordance with 5 S concepts
• Furnace parameter logs should be completed per SOP frequency
• Ensure that operator PM are complete.

Your Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Experience with Operation and Theory of Thermal equipment or 18 months on the Job Training in Theory and Operation or Completion of INA USA prepared Heat Treater Course.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
