Commercial Loan Officer

Central Bank is seeking to hire a Commercial Loan Officer in our California offices. As a Commercial Loan Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring existing portfolios risk rating, while negotiating terms and structing loans based on risk. We will rely on you to solicit, develop, and underwrite new loans, while appropriately assessing and pricing origination, fees, and other services. In this role, you will work with variety of new loans, such as construction, commercial, interim, and permanent financing request. You will have the opportunity to attend community and bank events, while supporting the banks strong relationships through quality customer contact, service, and product knowledge. 

To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. We are looking for candidates that are high achievers, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a team environment. The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields, and 3-5 years of banking experience.
