Core Functions:
The Digital Experience Associate is a part-time, temporary role supporting the execution of digital products across Buccaneers platforms, including the team app and website. This position plays a key role in building, updating, and optimizing fan-facing experiences from app features and website pages to gamification and tentpole content hubs. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and comfortable working across multiple content management systems with a focus on user experience.
• Manage and update the team’s digital products using platforms like the NFL CMS, Yinzcam, and Rover, with a focus on app development, website updates, campaign fulfillment, and gameday best practices.
• Build and maintain app and website experiences, including custom pages, gameday guides, and ticketing-related content.
• Create original wireframes and design layouts for new features with an emphasis on personalization and customization.
• Support HTML edits and code-based adjustments across team-managed websites, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Own gamification setup and execution, including games like Bingo, Predict, and Limited Drops.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on weekly launches, marketing support, and prize fulfillment.
• Manage timelines and priorities in Trello for internal digital build requests across gameday, membership, ticketing, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct quality control checks on digital builds with a focus on ADA compliance, cross-platform compatibility, and SEO best practices.
• Work directly with third-party vendors to facilitate product management and requests
• Monitor app and website performance data and deliver insights to improve engagement, fan experience, and digital revenue outcomes.
Education& Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or commensurate work experience
• 1-2 years managing digital channels for a brand, preferably within sports
• Experience coding in HTML, CSS and JavaScript required
• Experience using Yinzcam CMS, Rover, and other content management systems is required
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and journey mapping.
• Comfort using project management tools such as Trello.
• Ability to work traditional office hours and willingness to work non-traditional hours and some weekends
Timeframe
• This position works 25 hours per week on average and runs through 3/27/26

• The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:
• Extended evening and weekend work hours sometimes required; required to work home games; may have to work occasional holidays
• Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines
• Computer and desk work a significant part of daily activities
• Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time
• Rarely is lifting more than 20 pounds required
