Purpose

The Showroom Supervisor will lead daily activities of the showroom consultant team. Responsibilities include delivering remarkable white glove customer service, safety, and efficiency/cost goals following established policies, procedures, and methods while upholding and modelling the company’s values and creating a positive working environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Showroom Sales Budget – Responsible for creating strategic partnerships and customer growth to achieve showroom sales budget
• Responsible for Operational Excellence – Lead and maintain showroom standards to meet operational excellence as defined by company audit
• Scheduling and Attendance – Ability to create showroom schedules and maintain the appropriate staffing levels, including being onsite at the assigned location as specified.
• Manage Showroom Consultants – Coach and mentor Showroom Consultants to achieve performance expectations
• Plan and Execute Public/Customer Events – Lead public and customer events on behalf of the showroom in partnership with Sales Enablement

• Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
• Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
• Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition.

Minimum Qualifications

•  2+ years in similar role, or experience in Bath+Kitchen industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Established customer accounts
• Experience managing other personnel
• Operational knowledge of Eclipse and B+K inventory

Key Responsibilities

• Manage showroom sales budget – 25%
• Lead and maintain showroom standards – 25%
• Create showroom schedules and maintain the appropriate staffing levels – 10%
• Coach and mentor Showroom Consultants to achieve performance expectations – 50%
• Lead public and customer events on behalf of the showroom in partnership with Sales Enablement – 15%
