HR Strategy and projects is a small team that supports SVP HR on development of people and organisation strategy, HR agenda and priorities, development of the HR function, HR communication and reporting, HR collaboration arenas and tools, and HR finance and customer relationship management. We also work to facilitate sound project management in HR and provide HR resources for key projects.</p><p>In this broad HR role you will have excellent development opportunities and will be working closely together with the VP HR Strategy and projects on both strategic and operational tasks, including:</p><ul><li>Support development and follow-up of people and organisation strategy, and HR agenda and priorities</li><li>Develop and deliver HR communication and reporting activities</li><li>Facilitate good meeting arenas and collaboration tools in HR</li><li>Contribute to sound project management in the HR function</li><li>Lead or participate in HR projects and other key projects</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>To be successful in this role, we believe you have:</p><ul><li>Experience from an HR role, strategy role or similar in an international company, or a management consultant role where you have worked with large international matrix organisations</li><li>Experience in project management and change management, interacting with a large variety of stakeholders</li><li>A strong interest in how people and organisational development is critical to meet business ambitions</li><li>An analytical and strategic mindset</li><li>An interest in working with both strategic/complex tasks and more hands-on deliveries</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer </strong></p><ul><li>Excellent learning opportunities</li><li>The chance to grow your career alongside a truly global network of experts, leaders, specialists, and graduates from different countries and backgrounds </li><li>The opportunity to work somewhere with pride, and be able to honestly say “My work is contributing to saving the planet” </li><li>A work culture that puts emphasis on the individual, offering flexible working solutions, and work-life balance  </li><li>Statkraft offers competitive terms of employment and benefit schemes, and we’re a trusted employer that puts the safety of our people first.
