Meta is looking for a Supply Chain Solutions Project Manager to shape the future and manage the technical implementation of the solutions and tools that support the Infrastructure Supply Chain and Engineering group. - Project Management: Lead and manage technical implementation projects within supply chain, with an emphasis on streamlining workflows and building automation. This includes orchestrating the gathering of business requirements, the development of process flows, the solution design, testing, and training.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with the operations and Subject Matter Experts, to understand their objectives, initiatives, pain points, needs, and business case for transforming their supply chain through tooling.
- Define success criteria, Key Performance Indicators, and metrics with cross-functional partners to track impact and drive supply chain operations improvements.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Products, Engineering teams and other groups to develop supply chain solutions that integrate across Meta, to address the business priorities.
- Development Cycle: Drive rapid development cycles to build world-class supply chain tooling that helps scale Meta's infrastructure.
- Build consensus and alignment on supply chain processes, and tooling.
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, supply chain business transformation, and/or supply chain program management.
- Automation and Tooling: Supply Chain solutions experience, across technology stacks (Custom, and/or off the shelf) and at least one software suite (i.e Oracle, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Agile PLM, etc).
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing, implementing and deploying at least one supply chain solution (process/business models, tooling) across one of the following functions Demand/Supply Planning, and/or Order Management/Fulfillment. Proactively identify program risks/dependencies/issues and establish action plans for execution.
- Technical Expertise: Technical background to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to define and drive supply chain programs.
- Experience executing against the supply chain strategy and managing through obstacles and ambiguity.
- Communication: Experience with creating and following structured communication to keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience with Six Sigma techniques and tools for process improvement (i.e. DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, etc) and applying principles to Data Center Infrastructure supply chain processes and tools.
- Experience managing, implementing and deploying supply chain solutions and metrics (process/business models, tooling) across multiple functions Demand/Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization/Management, Order Management/Fulfillment, Master Data Management, etc.
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and defining and implementing Program Management Methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile).
- Demonstrated partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to define and drive strategy, and roadmaps.
