Job Description
The NBC Sports Next, Fandango, & Rotten Tomatoes team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support three SVP-level executives who span across various business units in the organization. This role will play a pivotal role in the team’s day-to-day organization and operations. We are looking for someone to join our team who is interested in a career in marketing, partnerships, and/or business strategy. The ideal candidate for this position has stellar communication, organization, and time management skills to help three busy executives stay on track so they can manage the teams they oversee. This position has visibility into the NBC Sports Next + Fandango leadership teams, so professionalism and an executive presence is essential to the role.
Essential Duties:
- Proactively manages calendars and daily schedules for the executives across multiple time zones, including planning ahead for problems and being flexible to scheduling changes as they arise. This role will also occasionally help the executives’ teams with critical scheduling if needed.
- Manages travel arrangements and expenses in a timely manner, with attention to detail.
- Prepare presentations and manage team trackers/reports that help the teams stay organized
- Documenting notes and key next steps from key meetings, including coordinating follow up items as required with minimal supervision.
