Responsibilities & Requirements

• The Environmental Services Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the customer service for the Environmental Services Department.
• Serve as a leader that has excellent customer service skills, can manage work flows, is great at follow through, and can communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Will assist Environmental Services staff to perform routine and periodic cleaning procedures correctly, supplying technical/personal support and performing Quality Assurance checks.
• Trains on an as needed basis.
• Assists in working areas in employee shortages.
• All Environmental Service Worker I and Environmental Service Worker II competencies

 

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma/GED preferred
