Job Details:

Purpose

Provide front desk assistance and general office duties to support Women’s Health administrative, research, and education teams

Responsibilities

  • Front desk primary point of contact for department of Women’s Health

  • Greets visitors, answers and routes calls, collects deliveries and distributes accordingly

  • General office management duties such mail collection, distribution, supply inventory, general restocking of kitchen, bathroom, common space areas

  • Manage supply inventory, mail room/copy supplies and request refill of supplies as needed on regular basis

  • Assist with projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with visitors, staff, and leadership. Proficiency in typing and data entry, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, is required. The individual must be able to take direction from multiple supervisors while effectively managing competing priorities and meeting established deadlines. The candidate must be capable of leveraging existing digital technologies ethically and efficiently to solve problems, complete assigned tasks, and achieve organizational goals. A high level of personal accountability is expected, including the ability to learn from mistakes and maintain effective work habits such as punctuality, productive collaboration with others, and efficient time and workload management.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

The preferred candidate will have prior experience working in an office environment that includes reception and front‑desk responsibilities. Experience leveraging existing digital technologies ethically and efficiently to solve problems, complete tasks, and accomplish organizational goals is also desired. The candidate should demonstrate strong personal accountability, the ability to learn from mistakes, and effective work habits, including punctuality, productive collaboration with others, and sound time and workload management.

Salary Range
$12.50 Hourly

  • All services and work activities will be performed exclusively on-site at Medical Park Tower (MPT), 1301 W. 38th Street, Suite 705, Austin, TX 78705.
