Lenderworks’ mortgage services platform encompasses the areas of Capital Markets, Compliance and Risk Management, Finance and Accounting, Post-production, Information Technology, Information Security, Solutions Development and Mortgage Technology. 


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


A minimum of 50% of time will be spent assisting the Integrations Team with Capital Markets- related initiatives, including, but not limited to

  • PPE (Optimal Blue) administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance which includes: user management, setting overlays (eligibility and adjustments), and markup schedules & strategies
  • Collaboration with Product, Counterparty, Lock, and Trade departments to complete new investor and product rollouts which includes: configuration in PPE, documentation of investor lock and pricing policies and testing investor pricing portal
  • Assistance in onboarding of new clients (both start-up and established lenders) via: PPE set up; establish new/ health check of existing instance, validation of LOS (Encompass) Capital Markets-related workflows, research, test, and troubleshoot diverse environments and integrations
  • Support creation of automated workflows using Microsoft software solutions
  • Maintenance of SharePoint site permissions, document storage and designated properties using best practices
  • Contribution to creation of concise and compelling written announcements and job aids for all audiences
  • Consistent and diligent utilization of ConnectWise Ticketing System to manage team resources, tasks, time, and budgeted hours effectively
  • Maintenance of data integrity, policy accuracy, and testing documentation to ensure department and company standards are maintained for all work products
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain appropriate service level agreements through prioritization, cooperation, and management of incoming work queue
  • Assist with escalation items as necessary

Additional available time, as needed, will be spent in a Lock Desk Analyst role

  • Lock, extend, re-lock and re-price loans in Loan Origination System as requested, ensuring pricing calculations are correct
  • Complete corresponding investor locks, ensuring target profit margins and data integrity are maintained
  • Provide high level of service to customers consisting of loan officers, processors, underwriters, management and other office support staff and business partners
  • As necessary, perform rate and pricing surveys to evaluate competitive position As necessary, additional duties required to meet department and company goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but may be substituted with 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar or related role
  • Minimum of 1 year of Lock Desk experience 
  • Minimum of 1 year of Optimal Blue PPE and Encompass LOS integration experience is required
  • Experience in testing preferred
  • Experience in writing guidelines and producing reference materials preferred
  • Experience with highly detailed, analytical work required

General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the mortgage origination industry preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical and non-technical information to range of audiences 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); with strong emphasis on Excel 
  • Ability to work independently to achieve team and company goals in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities 
  • Creative and innovate problem-solving skills that produce workable solutions 
  • Flexibility and adaptability 
  • Internal drive, initiative, and enthusiasm for knowledge expansion
