This position will be part of a Finance team that supports all functions across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTS. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations that contribute to the overall success of Klaviyo’s R&amp;D organization.</p> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that wants to be part of a dynamic FP&amp;A organization that is scaling for the future. This candidate will be responsible for both owning core FP&amp;A work streams as well as supporting ad-hoc strategic projects.</p> <h1><strong>How You Will Make a Difference</strong></h1> <ul> <li>In partnership with the FP&amp;A Manager and broader FP&amp;A team, manage annual and quarterly R&amp;D OpEx forecasting, reporting, analytics, and the monthly close and forecasting process.</li> <li>Advise Engineering, Product, and GTS leaders on financial implications of strategic decisions, including long-term planning, investment tradeoffs, and resource allocation.</li> <li>Build and maintain flexible financial models for R&amp;D headcount planning, capitalized software tracking, scenario planning, and ad-hoc analyses.</li> <li>Translate product strategy and roadmap decisions into clear financial implications and actionable ins
